It's late I know but doing it anyway...


Yep, I know I procrastinated! Lol...but hey guess what? I've NEVER missed a workout so no matter how late it is....you bet your butt I'll be getting my workout done for the day! Time for me to push play and knock out my 21 Day Fix Extreme workout for the day...thank goodness it's only 30 min long lol.

I'm tired, sore as heck and don't feel like doing it but I know I have too because I made a promise to myself that no matter how hard it gets...I WILL reach my goals and I've only got 4-5 months til Summer so pushing hard! 

Who wants to workout but lacks the motivation? --> Here are my plans for the next few weeks if you'd like to jump in and join any of my upcoming Facebook groups for accountability!!

-March 2nd - 9th: 7 Day Clean Eating Challenge
-March 9th - 15th: Prep Week before my next 2 groups start on the 16th
-March 16th: 21 Day Fix Extreme Test Group
-March 16th: 30 Day Fitness Challenge Group

I've decided to lay it all out there for you for those that have been waiting for the perfect time and not sure yet on where to start or how to start. THIS right here shows that if you start now....you can dive right in to my 7 day clean eating challenge starting next week followed by prep week and lastly a test group or fitness challenge depending on what you choose! You'll also be provided meal plans throughout the entire process so no guesswork here...all YOU have to do is show up & take pics of your food & sweaty workouts. All I ask is that you engage with the group so be prepared to make new friends

Ever find yourself coming up with excuses for not staying on track with clean eating...

The other day my husband asked if I could make one of his favorite dishes which is "Cheese, Potato & Smoke Sausage Casserole" and it happens to be one of my favorite dishes that I haven't made since I switched to the clean eating lifestyle because obviously this gooey cheesiness is really bad for you lol. 
I knew I did NOT want to get tempted to even try it so I planned a few days ahead and made sure that I had the ingredients to make one of my favorite clean dishes called "Sweet Potato Casserole" and it's PURE COMFORT food!!...this dish is so good that I didn't even care to try one of my old favorites!
MISSION ACCOMPLISHED haha....I didn't even use the taste tester excuse to try the cheesy dish. 
It does take time and more work to make 2 dishes but I look forward to the end result knowing that I stayed on track. I also served myself on a small plate while his was on a big dinner plate...use those little tricks to help you!
I can't say this enough because I've come across so many that have used excuse after excuse....I can't eat clean because I have kids who love junk food or I'm the only one who wants to eat clean. Quit wasting energy coming up with excuses for yourself not to stay on track and instead find ways to eat clean! If you want to eat clean than just DO IT!!

Test Group Applicants Needed for the all NEW 21 Day Fix Extreme!!!

Guess what happened TODAY!! 
I am seriously feeling like a little child on Christmas Eve waiting for my copy of Autumn's new amped up program "The 21 Day Fix EXTREME" which was released just this morning!!!
Our TEST GROUP for this program will be kicking off in 2 weeks...just in time to guarantee your program has arrived and you have gotten to peek at the plan and be 100% ready to ROCK it!

Holiday Challenge ~ Reserve Your Spot!!!

Only a few days left for those of you who want to get some crazy results in 21 days right before the holidays. We kick off the holiday challenge on Facebook December 1st so I'm working on getting everyone set up so we can all start together on time.

I understand that it's the holidays and you may be thinking why start now and just wait until after the holidays....do you remember the way you felt last year after gobbling down all that food and feeling bloated, yucky and guilty? I do...I will tell you that I will still indulge on a little holiday food but there is a right way to do that without gaining all that extra weight. Don't wait until New Years to make a change, start now and get a jump start towards your weight loss new years resolution.

Now is the time to join me along with lots of others in the group who are committing to stick with this for 21 days. Having that extra accountability is HUGE, this is the reason why I host monthly Facebook Challenge Groups and December's group is almost full! Tag some friends that might want to do this with you for the extra support. Your health is seriously the BEST gift that you can give yourself. No more excuses. We can all spend a lot during this time of year but investing in your health is something you'll never regret.

Guilt Free Get Lean Holiday Challenge!!!




I've gotten quite a few messages on Facebook asking me if I would share a few things about how I have lost all of this weight? I would be so happy to share with you what has been working for me and how I'm still continually making progress so I'm hosting a "Guilt Free Get Lean Holiday Challenge" on Facbebook. What I did, and still do today was COMMIT to a challenge group where you will get the support from the others like myself who are working towards the same goals as YOU! I will provide you with motivation, tips and nutritional guidance that has helped me lose the weight and now I'm paying it forward as a coach by sharing everything I have learned with you.


I run a group each month for those who are serious about changing their lives. I have been there so I know exactly what you are going through. And I want to save you the struggle, the time, and guess when it comes to fitness and nutrition. 

The next CLEAN EATING group that I'll be hosting will start next Wednesday on November 19th and runs through the 26th which is the day before Thanksgiving. We are going to be focused on clean eating for 7 days where I will provide you a meal plan along with the grocery list! We are really going to be focusing on making sure we don't gain any unwanted Thanksgiving weight, I'll be doing this with you!  Enjoy Thanksgiving this year without ending up feeling bloated and guilty about it! 

After Thanksgiving we will be gearing up for our next challenge where I will be sharing some awesome tips on how to incorporate all that left over food from Thanksgiving into our healthy meals.
And finally>>> gaahh, I'm so excited!!!  We will be starting our Guilt Free, Get Lean Holiday Challenge that will kick off on December 1st and will run through December 21st! In this group we will be eating clean and working out about 30 min a day. I will provide another new meal plan that consists of 21 days worth so you have 3 weeks of clean meals before Christmas! I will talk to each one of you before we kick off and make sure that you have the right workout and are ready to go!
