It's late I know but doing it anyway...


Yep, I know I procrastinated! Lol...but hey guess what? I've NEVER missed a workout so no matter how late it is....you bet your butt I'll be getting my workout done for the day! Time for me to push play and knock out my 21 Day Fix Extreme workout for the day...thank goodness it's only 30 min long lol.

I'm tired, sore as heck and don't feel like doing it but I know I have too because I made a promise to myself that no matter how hard it gets...I WILL reach my goals and I've only got 4-5 months til Summer so pushing hard! 

Who wants to workout but lacks the motivation? --> Here are my plans for the next few weeks if you'd like to jump in and join any of my upcoming Facebook groups for accountability!!

-March 2nd - 9th: 7 Day Clean Eating Challenge
-March 9th - 15th: Prep Week before my next 2 groups start on the 16th
-March 16th: 21 Day Fix Extreme Test Group
-March 16th: 30 Day Fitness Challenge Group

I've decided to lay it all out there for you for those that have been waiting for the perfect time and not sure yet on where to start or how to start. THIS right here shows that if you start now....you can dive right in to my 7 day clean eating challenge starting next week followed by prep week and lastly a test group or fitness challenge depending on what you choose! You'll also be provided meal plans throughout the entire process so no guesswork here...all YOU have to do is show up & take pics of your food & sweaty workouts. All I ask is that you engage with the group so be prepared to make new friends

Coaching is so much more...


Today I cleaned the house, had 7 phone calls, chatted with one of my coaches, spent time with the hubs and now I'm babysitting my niece......these were all scheduled INCLUDING the "no phone" time between 3 and 5pm. There were extra phone calls I didn't plan for but I enjoyed which is okay because I had a real productive day and got everything done I needed to do. Sounds strange but without a schedule and boundaries my business and over commitment could run us into the ground.
One of my favorite calls today was with one of my coaches and we went over her goals and way to reach them but more importantly.....we talked about boundaries. Setting times to work and times to NOT WORK. It's hard to stop when you love what you do and believe in it but, what's more important than family? It's a no-brainer. We work so that we can have more options and freedom for our family. I advised her to schedule both her family time and her time to work her business because she needs to ensure she doesn't neglect either one because both are so important. Today she said she was going to try and implement this tomorrow. I know she's looking forward to being able to balance both so she can have more freedom to do what she wants and enjoy her family time.
This is one of the reasons WHY I LOVE what I do....not only to help others achieve their health goals but also to help my coaches make their business into a source of income so they can stay home more with their families and enjoy the freedom. Coaching is so much more than being a great coach.......it's about being the best MOM/DAD/WIFE/HUSBAND you can be and finding your purpose though this business. heart emoticon


My Progress from the last 8 months!!

Taking photos has been one of the hardest things I've had to do because honestly it's a HUGE wake up call. I'm so glad that I took these when my Coach urged me too because now I can look back and look at my progress. Here are my progress photos from the last 8 months and I never in my widest dreams did I ever think that one day I would have visible abs!!!....gah, so exciting!! I KNOW I CAN do this, I will be ready in the next few months!! This year, I will not let Summer creep up on me...instead, I will be READY for it!!

I got my life back and now I'm helping others!

Went to the chiropractor back on January 5th for an adjustment...I remember this day since my doc almost caught me crying with joy because seeing my last visit date hit me like a ton of bricks.

I was diagnosed with Severe Degenerative Disc Disease of the Thoracic spine along with arthritis in my facet joints last year even though I had been battling the pain for over 4 yrs now. It's a very crippling disease where you deal with chronic pain on a daily basis, it affects everything in your life and there are treatments but no cure. Unfortunately I'm no candidate for surgery because 4 different doctors have told me that I'm stuck with what I have for the rest of my life. I got tired of being given pills on every visit and turned away only to be back weeks later with no improvement. I could not comprehend that I was stuck feeling the way I had been feeling for the rest of my life so I started working on ways to IMPROVE my life ----> lets just say that I FOUND it!!




THIS right here is more PROOF that I am doing much better and feeling better because just LOOK at those dates on the chart!!...This doesn't even go over the last few years that I've been going to my chiro, this is only going back to last year so HUGE difference! I've been seeing a chiro since 2008 and they have helped me dramatically!!...I used to go 3-4 times a week when I first got injured where now my visits are less and less frequent. And here are 3 reasons why......

1. I FOCUS on nutrition more and what types of foods to avoid that causes inflammation....not perfected yet but I'm working on switching over to the Paleo lifestyle. If you eat foods that causes inflammation than it can put pressure on the nerve endings which for myself I've noticed flare ups if I consume too much grain.

2. I workout 5-6 days a week which is not only helping me lose weight but gain strength & flexibility. When you are building muscle and gaining strength than you can improve your posture! Also, I notice that when my back is stiff or locks up...well than all I need is to get my sweat session on and it helps loosen up my joints and wow I just feel more incredible than before I started.

3. But the biggest most LIFE CHANGING reason why I am IMPROVING is because I no longer work the typical job breaking my back for someone else....but instead working from home doing what I LOVE and in my bed at that!! I literally sit in bed and work online at my own pace with no pressure from anyone....I work whenever I want because I am my own boss. You can work on your own health while your helping improve the lives of others but also earn an income from home! 


This has been life changing for me because at one point I almost applied for disability back in April 2014 but I just couldn't grasp the idea of being on it doing nothing at the age of 28. It's crazy to see how much this has helped me not only look better, feel better but also provide an income at that!

So much change I've gone through but my struggles have only made me stronger. It's crazy I know but I feel like I was meant to go through all this so I can share my story and give others hope. Thank you God for everything and leading me where I needed to go...I wouldn't be here today if it wasn't for Him.

I want to encourage you that if you know someone who is wanting to work but can't because they're limited like me than please reach out to me or send them my way because I'll be glad to tell them about everything I do and how much it's helped me.

I'm sure most of you have been in this predicament lol...

This happened me to the other day and I tell you what....I did AWESOME!!

A few days ago, I had to stop and buy my husband Chick-Fil-A for lunch so I could surprise him with it. He's not into the clean eating just yet but he is making progress by making better choices so I'm proud of him for trying.
It was PURE SUCCESS!!...first time I managed to go through this place without giving in to the temptations because oh man that chicken smelled amazing going through the drive-thru lol. I don't care for the other fat food...I mean fast food joints  but I always had a hard time going through this place without getting something for myself. When Nick got home for lunch he had his food while I drank my Shakeo, I am so proud of myself and the hubs said he's real proud of me too so yay!! 
Don't use the excuse that you can't eat clean because your spouse and/or kids are holding you back...shouldn't they BE THE REASON to eat better for your health?
Trust me, it ain't easy but when you have my little Facebook support group and a coach (wink wink --> that's me ) who can check in with you on a daily basis than it gets easier, I promise!

Do Something You've Never Done...


Sunday night...time to reflect on my crazy week and busy weekend!
If I was working full time-in an office with a boss-- this week would have been HELL! I would have had to take AT LEAST 2/3 days off because I got a flareup that lasted for almost 3 days...and usually you only get 7-10 sick days A YEAR! NEVER again will I let someone else run my schedule...now I can take a day off if needed and still can get paid!
I am so glad I am no longer working for someone else and started working for myself and my family! My family's future is more important than anything else and we're preparing ourselves for when we start having babies...we don't want our kids going to daycare. I am able to stay home during the day and take care of everything while working from home making an income! It has been a blessing...why didn't I start this sooner?!!
You have to sometimes give up what makes you comfortable to be amazing!
Want to do something bigger and better? The. Do something you haven't done before!
I am looking for 5 more women that want to make a life for your future and your family's future! Work from home, watch your kids grow up, make a living, and help others get fit while working on your own health! No need to be in shape already, just wanting to work on your own health...coaching is HUGE accountability!

Set Yourself Up for Success by Starting Now

It's Monday and you might be feeling crappy because you ate poorly over the weekend....I get it. But don't let those little slip ups give you the excuse that you might as well start fresh on a different date because if you are already giving yourself excuses now to put off that fitness program or eat clean than what's to say that you'll actually stick to it whenever you start?!?

It's crazy how so many ppl I've come across that tell me..."it's not the right time, after New Years" or "it's my New Years resolution so I'll start than"....

Ok, so let me rephrase that.....so basically you're saying after you gain another few lbs or even 10 lbs from all the holiday parties THAN you'll start working towards your goal????....doesn't make sense to me ayiyiyi

Why make up excuses now? Why even start if you're just going to keep making up excuses for yourself? If you make up an excuse now than you are more likely to make up another excuse on the date that you are planning on to start. When you are making up excuses....you are already setting yourself up for failure. Successful people don't make up excuses.....ppl who come up with excuses continue to fail. Just let that sink in a little....do you get it?

Start your journey NOW towards a better you!....not New Years, not next Monday...NOW! I'm here to help you work towards your journey while I'm continually working on my own...we can do this together! If you're ready to COMMIT than message me because I'd love nothing more than to see you SUCCEED!

Bring On December...



I did A LOT today lol but WOW I feel so accomplished!!! I cleaned the house, did dishes, put up laundry, cleaned out kitchen cabinets, etc... and after 4-5 hours of housework, I could have said "no workout today, I'm to pooped " BUT I didn't! Believe me that I was so tired and I didn't want to do a workout but I DUG DOWN DEEP and just got it done...I completed PiYo Sweat and I feel amazing! I seriously just need to remember the feeling when it's over so I NEVER have that feeling of not wanting to workout in the first place Lol.
I know we all splurged on goodies from Thanksgiving....I sure did because you know what....we're human right?!? But lets seriously kick things up a notch starting on Monday! So lets track our eating better, lets take more pics, lets workout TWICE as hard OR do DOUBLE duty and get 2 workouts done in one day......who's ready to kick it up a notch with me on Monday? Someone's compliment led me to do a side by side comparison...



I am so beyond thrilled because my hard work is paying off in just LESS than 7 weeks wahoo!!! I just read a message from someone pointing out that they could see my progress from my pic I posted yesterday on my Facebook. So I did a little side by side comparison and WOW I am amazed because honestly I did not think I made that much progress!
You just get so used to seeing yourself everyday in the mirror that you don't notice those little changes and sometimes it takes someone else to mention it for you to notice it. So thank you for sending me that message....you know who you are 
I encourage that if you notice someone making progress than please reach out to them and let them know because some of us are working so hard whether it be from working out, skin care, personal development, at our jobs or whatever it may be...just take a few min of your time and tell them. Others may need that acknowledgement that their hard work is paying off to help motivate them to keep on going.
Uplift someone's spirit this week and let them know that you see progress!

Holiday Challenge ~ Reserve Your Spot!!!

Only a few days left for those of you who want to get some crazy results in 21 days right before the holidays. We kick off the holiday challenge on Facebook December 1st so I'm working on getting everyone set up so we can all start together on time.

Leave the Negativity

After waking up with a few thoughts on my mind, I needed to make a post about it...

The best way to have a happy successful life, is to leave the drama at the door behind you!

When life throws negativity your way, choose to be stronger and use the the experience as a life lesson....because no matter what, YOU are moving forward towards your dreams and the people who matter will be right beside you encouraging you the entire way. No drama necessary because they only wish the best for you!

Negativity is like a slow poison sucking the joy and success from each day.

If something adds value to your life, keep it....and if something adds negativity, leave it!

If you find you are surrounded by a life of trouble and worry, take a look at the people you surround yourself with most as you are often a direct reflection of them.

If you want to be happy, then find happy people. If you want to be successful then find successful people and take in their company.

You literally create your own destiny

I love Mondays!

Can you believe that Monday is one of my favorite days?
I think that Sundays are a great day to make goals, and Mondays are a great day to start those goals, and drop any bad habits you may have.
What kind of goals do you have for this week? Will you stop snacking at night? Will you drink more water? Maybe you will get up an hour earlier and workout?
Regardless what your short term goal for the week is, start today and continue on until you reach it. It feels so great to finish a goal!!

I've Got My Confidence Back!

Years ago, I went to the doctor to have a physical done. I was 230 lbs which I could NOT believe it because we didn't have a scale in the house. I was in shock followed by me feeling ashamed that I had let myself go. The doctor said I was morbidly obese and I was also diagnosed pre diabetic and it was my huge wake up call!

Needless to say, after my wake up call...I started exercising and focusing on my nutrition. I've been making progress and getting closer towards reaching my goal of a healthy 150 lbs. My numbers have been reversed so I am nowhere being diabetic anymore! If I didn't lose the weight.....than I would have had diabetes today and probably much more major health problems. This goes to show how much weight can affect your health!

I feel amazing now, I got my confidence back and I feel like a million bucks! I'm on a mission to inspire others that they can improve their health just by incorporating fitness & nutrition.

Don't Waste Your Life



It's Sunday night and I know there are so many out there that are gearing up and getting ready to go back to work whining about it because tomorrow is Monday...if you feel that way than why don't you change it? You can't change your life unless you change the situation that you're in.

This is why I refuse to be normal. I don't do what the society thinks is "normal" because I choose to work from home following my passion. Life is just toooo short for all that. Design your life the way you want to live it. You control your days and the way your life turns out, you only live once so why waste it?

Morning Thankful Thoughts

I started a new habit of waking up each morning with thoughts of what I'm thankful for...it just helps get my day started off right and reminds me of how truly blessed I am. Each day I journal my thoughts, my ideas, my struggles and my successes. I also at the end of the day...instead of acknowledging all the things I didn't accomplish or still have to do, I acknowledge the stuff I did do! Even if it's as simple as doing the laundry because that is an accomplishment!!!

So often we focus on the negative, the what we didn't do, that we compare ourselves to others and we get STUCK in that NEGATIVE dark cloud glooming over us which keeps us from moving forward. Instead, fix that right now and change the way you think and act. When you start to think and speak positivity into your life, you begin accepting yourself for all that you are and you begin to accept the good, the bad and the ugly!

I know in this life I cannot please everyone, it's just not possible. But what I can do is try my BEST! I can wake up each and every day with the intention to pour love and kindness into others lives. I can strive to be better than the day before and lift up others. Each night I go to bed knowing that I am living my life with integrity and trust and I know that I feel good about the life I am living! Be who you are no matter what stay true to yourself!!! <3

It's a process...


I find myself repeating this over and over to myself and to others so often! 

We ALL including me want change to happen right now. Its hard to realize that it is going to take some time. It is going to take eating healthy 6 days a week, exercising, drinking enough water and focusing on the goal you want to achieve! It's going to take tweaking your diet when you reach a plateau and pushing yourself to workout when you would rather not!

Its a process, but if you follow the plan laid out for you, CHANGE will HAPPEN!!!!

I took control of my health....


Back in 2008 I went to the doctor to have a physical done. I had no idea how much I weighed at the time because I didn't have a scale but when I got on the scale at the doctors office and it read 230 lbs...I could NOT believe it! I was in shock followed by me feeling ashamed that I had let myself go. I saw on the chart that the doctor put down that I was morbidly obese which was a huge wake up call! He looked me straight in the eye and said that "I needed to lose weight or I was going to get diabetes"...I was diagnosed pre diabetic!
Needless to say, after we left the doctor...I signed up at a local gym and started focusing on nutrition. I lost 80 lbs within a year because of my hard work and dedication! I went back to that very same doctor and he was just blown away that I did it....and I did it so quickly! My numbers were reversed so I was nowhere being diabetic anymore! If I didn't lose the weight.....than I would have had diabetes today and probably much more major health problems. This goes to show how much weight can affect your health!
Was it easy? No....but it was WORTH it!
I feel amazing, I got my confidence back and I feel like a million bucks! Now I'm on a journey to inspire others that they can improve their health just by incorporating fitness & nutrition.
